HELP & SAFETY
Make your next tap work.
Set up an NFC card or keychain
- Publish your profile, then copy its public link from the editor. It contains /u/ followed by your profile identifier.
- Open that link in a private browser window. You should see your profile without signing in.
- In an NFC-writing app, choose Write → Add record → URL/Website. Paste the link and write it to one compatible, writable keychain.
- Unlock a compatible NFC-enabled phone and test the keychain. Open its notification, then try Save contact. Some phones require NFC to be enabled in settings.
- Test before locking a tag. Avoid metal interference. Your website needs internet access; the tag itself does not need a battery.
Updating your profile does not change its link. Unpublishing hides it; deleting your account permanently stops that profile. Never write a password or recovery code to an NFC tag.
Keep access to your profile
Save your password in a password manager and keep the recovery file somewhere private. If you still know your password, Account → Security lets you replace a lost recovery code. You can also download a private profile backup.
No password-reset email service is connected. If both your password and recovery code are lost, we cannot safely restore account ownership from a name or email alone. A profile backup restores content, not ownership of an old address.
Report a problem or unsafe profile
Reports are saved privately for the site operator to review. This is not an emergency service. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or full résumé files. Submitting a report does not automatically remove a profile.
